16 years! Time in itself means nothing, because it always depends on what you make of it. While some people change between many companies during this period, Deniz has used the time wisely: starting as an employee in conference management, Deniz has developed into a property manager through courage and a lot of personal commitment. Today, one thing in particular is important to her as a boss: “I want my employees to feel they are in good hands.
