Company Profile

EUBAG Operation GmbH is a medium-sized company with flat hierarchies. Short decision-making routes guarantee the customers a fast and flexible mode of operation. In this way, we optimise the costs and can offer you budget certainty.

We all make use of buildings: as a visitor, tenant, facility manager or owner!
For us, facility management is a service provided by persons for other persons. Together with the customer, we develop individual location strategies, which meet the requirements of an object-specific operator responsibility. Excellently trained personnel put them into practice every day and also optimise them, if necessary. Continuous re-certification and auditing processes according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as the web-based CAFM system guarantee a high quality standard.

Thanks to a consistent focus on customer wishes, EUBAG Operation GmbH became a reliable and long-term partner for the value conservation of buildings and their technical installations.  The target is to enhance the attractiveness of the location and to increase the property return.

 

In 1999, EUBAG Operation GmbH started with the development and the formation of an integrated facility management for a renowned customer from the IT industry. The comprehensive expertise in the fields of technical and infrastructural facility management, reception and conference services and Green Building form the pillars of the EUBAG Facility Management.

The headquarters of EUBAG Operation GmbH is in Ismaning near Munich and the main activities are focused in the south of Germany. With further locations in Cologne and Frankfurt, the central regions of Germany are also covered by EUBAG facility management services.

Nationwide solutions can be realised with the Management Platform and our affiliated company NUTZ with their business locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Ratingen, Erfurt and Stuttgart.
